Apparently I am the only person who doesn't know about how cool Camper Shoes are. They have a unique selection of men's and women's designs. I couldn't stop myself from immediately buying two pairs.

Schiphol Service offers the cheapest taxi's available to/from the airport. When you go to the taxi line, you do not have to take the first one; you can pick which one you want to take. I always go straight to the Schiphol Service cab.
